The piece highlighted the insights that Ostberg offers students as they prepare for the rigors of law school.

"Orange County receives $12 million to expand dental visits at school," The Orange County Register, May 10, 2017: Paul Glassman, director of community oral health at Dugoni, commented in this story about a grant expanding teledentistry visits in Orange County schools. Glassman is overseeing the training for the program in Orange County and told The Register, "As this system has been initially tested and is now starting to grow, in 20 years, this is going to be a very widespread and important part of dental care." The story was carried by several news agencies and trade outlets.

"Dave Brubeck returns to College of the Pacific," WTOP2-DC (Washington, D.C.), May 13, 2017: As part of a broader radio story on Dave Brubeck, the announcer played a song recorded at then-College of the Pacific in December 1953 when he returned to his alma mater with the Dave Brubeck Quartet.
