The MA in Education with a concentration in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness offers a unique practice-based approach to learning, innovation, and change within organizations. The program is designed for the following fields of practice in all sectors:

Program Format

Our part-time master's program provides the convenience of a hybrid face-to-face and online format. Students attend interactive, online evening courses two nights per week. The program also includes one weekend residency at the Sacramento campus each month.
