Pacific Technology Knowledge Base and FAQs moving to ServiceNow

In an effort to create a one-stop shop for users, Pacific Technology created a robust Knowledge Base, which offers articles on a wide range of solutions to many commonly asked technology-related questions, within the ServiceNow portal. Users have the option to search the articles and find answers to their questions prior to placing a service request or contacting the Helpdesk simply by clicking on the "Frequently Asked Questions" link on the ServiceNow home page.

As a result, the current Knowledge Base and Frequently Asked Questions page on the Pacific Technology website will be decommissioned as of June 15, 2018.

This change is part of Pacific Technology's ongoing effort to improve and enhance the user experience in navigating technology services. For questions, please feel free to contact your local Helpdesk or Technology Support Provider (TSP):
